We map the work before we design the software.
Discovery is not a formality. We sit with the people doing the job, document the process as it really runs, and only then propose what to build.

Scope is written in words you can challenge.
Every project has a written scope with boundaries: what is included, what is not, and what we are unsure about. You should never be surprised by an invoice.

Estimates come with their assumptions.
A number without its assumptions is a guess. Ours list what we have assumed about integrations, data and decisions, so we can revisit the estimate together when facts change.

You see working software every cycle.
Progress is demonstrated with the product itself, not with status reports. Each demo ends with a written summary of what changed and what comes next.

Changes are approved, not absorbed.
When scope changes, we write down the impact on schedule and cost before doing the work. Nothing is quietly added, and nothing is quietly billed.

You own the code, the accounts and the documentation.
Repositories, hosting and third-party services live under your name from the first week. Documentation is written so another team could take over.

We recommend the simplest thing that works.
That includes off-the-shelf tools, a spreadsheet, or doing nothing. If custom software is not the right answer, we will say so.

AI assists; people stay responsible.
We use AI to move faster where it is safe to do so. Anything consequential waits for a person, is logged, and can be switched off without calling us.
